Refund policy
Because we partner with trusted retailers in our network to fulfill your orders, we do not accept returns. Each order is carefully reviewed before shipment, but if there is an error with your order or an item arrives damaged, please let us know immediately so we can make it right.
Delivery & Returned Orders
Due to legal regulations, all alcohol shipments require an adult (21 years or older) to be present to sign for the package.
If delivery cannot be completed after three attempts, the package will be returned to the retailer’s facility.
Once your order is returned, you may choose to have it reshipped or receive a refund. Please note the following fees if the return is not the courier’s fault:
- Refunds: The original shipping cost plus a $20 restocking fee will be deducted.
- Reshipment: A $20 fee will apply to cover additional shipping and handling.
These fees help offset the costs associated with returns and reshipping.
